Hello, everyone! Patrick McCalla here, and I am thrilled to connect with you. With a multifaceted background as an author, leader, pastor, speaker, and life coach, I bring a unique combination of skills and experiences to our No Grey Areas platform. I have truly enjoyed developing this project with my friend Joseph Gagliano. When I'm not immersed in this work, there's nothing I cherish more than spending time with my family. They are my favorite people to be with, and their love and support fuel my passion and drive every day. Additionally, I am an avid fan of anything associated with water, especially scuba diving, which truly brings me joy and a sense of peace.

Hello! My name is Riley Baird and I'm in charge of all-things digital media for the No Grey Areas platforms. I graduated from the Los Angeles Film School in Hollywood, California with a degree in film production. I love using all the skills I learned while enduring the film industry to help grow our brand with high-quality content. Born and raised in Ohio, I didn't let the small town hold me back. I'm ambitious and not afraid to let anything hold me back from achieving my goals. If I'm not at the gym doing a vigorous CrossFit workout, then I'm at home cuddled up on the couch with my husband and doggie, Biscuit.

Hi! My name is Peyton Norton and I am the social media manager for the No Grey Areas digital platforms. I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2018 with a business marketing degree, with an emphasis in global business. I have a knack for creating agendas and pinpointing trends, as well as consider myself very goal-oriented. In my free time, I love traveling to new places, taking spin classes, and hanging out with my golden retriever, Gnocchi! A fun fact about me is that I love to play pickleball with my fiancé!
